Our residential complex is located directly on campus, opposite the spacious "Schwanenteich" park, and is only a few minutes' walk from the canteen and library. The four modernised houses belonging to the complex are laid out around a spacious, green inner courtyard. Here in the courtyard area, our tenants have two barbecue areas for celebrating, a table tennis table and several car parking spaces. Further parking spaces are available on the surrounding streets.
House 1 also has:
- a launderette on the ground floor
- several 2-room flats (2 rooms with mini-kitchen and bathroom)
- Corridor shared flats for three people, each with one or two rooms and their own bathroom, sharing the spacious communal kitchen
- 12 hire car parking spaces directly at the house.

Internet access in the residential complexes
For the tenants of our buildings we offer an unbeatably favourable service - the use of the fast network of the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. The costs for using the internet are included in the rent.
All residences are equipped with an internet connection for this purpose, but this must first be activated by the responsible administrator. The network is managed by the student organisation MCN.
