We are looking for a social education worker (m/f/d) at our Freiberg site, starting on 1 August 2026 on a mini-job basis, working 28 hours per month. Initially a fixed-term contract for 6 months with the option of a permanent role. You will support young people through targeted guidance and encouragement as they progress through their off-company vocational training. You can find more information in the file below.

Paper.Plane places students as learning support assistants in schools across Saxony. In this role, you’ll support children and young people directly in the classroom, in remedial programmes or as part of the all-day school programme. The role is flexible and compatible with your studies, offering students the opportunity to gain practical teaching experience whilst making a tangible contribution to greater educational equity.
