Next Saturday, we’ll be opening our doors here in Mittweida. Since 2025, we’ve been planning and fine-tuning our project to transform a block of flats with eight flats into accommodation for students. You’ll get an insight into the building’s history, the process and, of course, the FINISHED FLATS. 🤩
Thanks to funding from the federal-state „Junges Wohnen“ programme, the Free State of Saxony and the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Construction, we have been able to create 20 shared flat rooms for our students in the building. These will be ready for occupancy from 1 September 2026!
Construction is continuing apace next door, as we also have another building there with shared flats planned, which are expected to be completed in November 2026.
