Have you started your studies with the best of intentions, and yet success and fulfilment are not materialising as you had hoped? It may well be that the demands exceed your own capabilities or that the expectations you had are not fulfilled.
Studying is an exciting time full of changes.
To ensure that this time is not characterised by excessive demands, you have the opportunity to take advantage of free and, if you wish, anonymous counselling on personal matters at any time during your studies.
In the video we answer questions such as:
- What is social counselling?
- What is psychosocial counselling?
- What concerns do students come to us with?
- How can you reach us?
No matter whether you...
- Doubts about your choice of study programme
- Exam nerves or work disorders
- Stress or self-doubt
- Fear of failure
- Postponement behaviour

- Conflicts in the shared flat or with your partner
- Homesickness

- Depressive moods
- Addictive behaviour with alcohol/drugs/the PC
