The listed building ensemble is located on a quiet access road to the university campus and is just a few minutes' walk from the canteen and library. The caretaker's office for the entire Winklerstraße residential complex is located in the basement of building 20 (access on the left-hand gable end).

For the tenants of our houses we offer an unbeatably favourable service - the use of the fast network of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. The cost of using the internet is included in the rent.

All accommodation is equipped with an internet connection.

No login is required to use the Internet.

We accept applications at any time and process them in accordance with certain priorities (see User regulations for the student residences) in the order of the date of receipt.
  • Acceptance for a study place or enrolment is not a requirementto apply for a place to live! You only need to present the enrolment certificate when you sign the tenancy agreement.
  • You will receive all the information you need to conclude the tenancy agreement with the confirmation of accommodation. However, you are also welcome to enquire at any time.
