Our Winklerstraße residential complex is located directly on campus. The listed building ensemble is located on a quiet access road to the university campus and is just a few minutes' walk from the canteen and library. The spacious, green courtyard area has a beach volleyball court, a large barbecue area and several car parks.

During the refurbishment in 2013, we achieved an absolute highlight with the design of the eat-in kitchens in the 5-bed flats: people like to meet here to cook and talk. There is enough space to eat, celebrate or study together.

For the tenants of our houses we offer an unbeatably favourable service - the use of the fast network of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. The cost of using the internet is included in the rent.

All accommodation is equipped with an internet connection.

No login is required to use the Internet.

We accept applications at any time and process them in accordance with certain priorities (see User regulations for the student residences) in the order of the date of receipt.
  • Acceptance for a study place or enrolment is not a requirementto apply for a place to live! You only need to present the enrolment certificate when you sign the tenancy agreement.
