The Administrative Board is the highest body of the Student Union. It consists of eight voting members and five advisory members. Students (m/f/d) are equally represented. All those appointed to this body work on an honorary basis.
The Administrative Board decides on the strategy of the Student Union and is also responsible for the following tasks, among others:
- Resolutions on the statutes of the Studentenwerk
- Issuing regulations on the use of the facilities operated by the Studentenwerk
- Preparation and amendment of the business plan
- Resolution on the appropriation of the annual result
- Discharge of the Managing Director
- Appointment of the auditor.
