Every Monday 8 pm (during the lecture period) has been going on for over 70 years in the Large lecture theatre in Winklerstraße the lights go out, the cinema gong sounds, the stage curtain opens and the screen becomes bright.
You choose the films that are shown yourself: because once a semester, on the first Monday of the exam period, it's time to watch trailers. We show you around 30 trailers, from which you can choose your favourite films according to genre.
What most of you don't know: In the technical room there are two real cinema machines for 35 mm cinema film format, with which the individual film reels are played.
Anyone who wants to see something like this in real life is welcome to come along to the cinema evening and take a look at the "inner sanctum" of the cinema club. Perhaps you will also be interested in joining the cinema club.
