Das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäudeensemble befindet sich an einer ruhigen Zufahrtsstraße zum Universitätsgelände und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Mensa und Bibliothek entfernt. Der weitläufige, grüne Hofbereich verfügt unter anderem über einen Beachvolleyballplatz, einen großen Grillplatz und einige Parkplätze.

Im Untergeschoss des Hauses 20 befindet sich das Hausmeisterbüro für die gesamte Wohnanlage Winklerstraße (Zugang an der linken Giebelseite).

Weiterhin verfügt dieses Haus über:

For the tenants of our houses we offer an unbeatably favourable service - the use of the fast network of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. The cost of using the internet is included in the rent.

We accept applications at any time and process them in accordance with certain priorities (see User regulations for the student residences) in the order of the date of receipt.
  • Acceptance for a study place or enrolment is not a requirementto apply for a place to live! You only need to present the enrolment certificate when you sign the tenancy agreement.
