Our Heinrich-Heine-Straße residential complex is in a quiet, central location between the campus and Freiberg's old town, about five minutes' walk from the future inner-city teaching and research location "Schlossplatzquartier" of the TU Bergakademie.

House 13 was converted into a modern apartment building with 76 residential units at the end of 2022. All student rooms have functional furnishings in a modern, high-quality design.

For the tenants of our houses we offer an unbeatably favourable service - the use of the fast network of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. The cost of using the internet is included in the rent.

All accommodation is equipped with an internet connection.

No login is required to use the Internet.

We accept applications at any time and process them in accordance with certain priorities (see User regulations for the student residences) in the order of the date of receipt.
  • Acceptance for a study place or enrolment is not a requirementto apply for a place to live! You only need to present the enrolment certificate when you sign the tenancy agreement.
