April.📍 Treffpunkt: UniBib – oberer EingangsbereichDauer: ca. 1 StundeKeine sportliche Höchstleistung – einfach ein Spaziergang, der Bewegung und Austausch ermöglicht.Bei Gelegenheit gibt es kleine Micro-Inputs. 🧠Ein paar gemeinsame Schritte gegen Einsamkeit, Vitamin-D-Mangel 😊, gegen große und kleine Sorgen und zum Genießen von Bewegung und Natur. ☀️Den ersten Schritt machst du: Komm einfach zum Treffpunkt. 💪Wechselnde „Reiseleiter“ sind willkommen. Wer Lust hat, eine Runde anzuleiten, darf sich gerne melden. 🤙

Duration: approx. 1 hour

No top sporting performance - simply a walk that enables movement and dialogue.
