Unsere Wohnanlage Winklerstraße liegt direkt am Campus. Das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäudeensemble befindet sich an einer ruhigen Zufahrtsstraße zum Universitätsgelände und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Mensa und Bibliothek entfernt. Der weitläufige, grüne Hofbereich verfügt unter anderem über einen Beachvolleyballplatz, einen großen Grillplatz und einige Parkplätze.

Bei der Gestaltung des Max-Kade-Hauses wurde besonders viel Wert auf eine angenehme Atmosphäre gelegt. Jede Etage erhielt ihre eigene Charakteristik und verbreitet durch die individuelle Farbgebung schon außerhalb der Zimmer ein gemütliches und einladendes Wohngefühl.

Weiterhin verfügt dieses Haus über:

  • einen Waschsalon mit Trockenraum
  • separate Fahrradräume für jede Etage
  • einen Studierraum (Max-Kade-Raum)
  • eine Solaranlage zur Trinkwassererwärmung und eine Grauwasseranlage als Beitrag zum Umweltschutz.

For the tenants of our houses we offer an unbeatably favourable service - the use of the fast network of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. The cost of using the internet is included in the rent.

All accommodation is equipped with an internet connection.

No login is required to use the Internet.

We accept applications at any time and process them in accordance with certain priorities (see User regulations for the student residences) in the order of the date of receipt.
  • Acceptance for a study place or enrolment is not a requirementto apply for a place to live! You only need to present the enrolment certificate when you sign the tenancy agreement.
  • You will receive all the information you need to conclude the tenancy agreement with the confirmation of accommodation. However, you are also welcome to enquire at any time.
