Our Housing Complex Winklerstraße is situated on campus. The houses are landmarked and are on a calm street to the campus. You have short ways to the Mensa and library. There is a spaciously laid out green terrain behind the house where you can find a beach volleyball area, a huge barbecue area with a pavilion and some parking lots. More parking lots you can find opposite the road at a big parking area.

In this house we concentrated our attention to the atmosphere of the house. It was important to create a house enjoyable.  Every floor got its one character with different colours and so there is a good atmosphere starting already in the floors.

In the house you can find to:

• a laundrette with a room for drying your clothes
• separate bicycle rooms for each floor
• a room for studying (Max Kade Room)
• a solar heating system for heating the drinking water and a greywater system are used to help our environment (environment protection)
