Graduation coaching is directed to students who are in the final stages of their studies, who need assistance in attaining the completion of the final exams, or who may vary/change between graduation and      

The meetings take place every two weeks in the Studentenwerk. It is free  for students of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg.

Archery

Goals, make you aware of the objectives and the way to them.

Almost any other sport would be a better metaphor than archery. And that is not just singular. Archery reflects our way to deal with goal, our approach and typical patterns of behavior, which we consciously or unconsciously show in other cases.

This course provides students and prospects with a simple, easy-to-use method to lower stress levels and well-being. Laughter yoga strength the self-confidence, frees the head and promotes the creativity as well as the emotional and social intelligence, rises motivation and performance and improves sleep quality.

Procratination

Procrastination - an attempt to delay the delay

Mental Strategy

Stress-free and power through the study.

We all know the feeling "I am stress". The study can create stress, especially in examination time but also during the semester. Many different factors increase pressure, at the needed moment, the desired benefits can not be achived.

Through the seminar, the strategies have to be learned long term, such as the learning requirements of the study and the relaxing phases are kept in a reasonable balance. The focus on self-management in front of stress. There are between others, techniques for time management, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, help for dealing with test anxiety, learning methods and mental strategies.

Well prepared by the exam time

"Don’t worry!", "You can do it!", "Oh, it will fine!" - Sentences like these are probably heard during exam times, but have they ever helped?

What it could really help you is not cheap consolation, but encouragement, strategies, concrete ideas and suggestions to get you into learning, relaxation methods, appropriate structures, and sharing with a small gruop people that are in the same situation.
