on 13 July 2022, the Saxon State Parliament passed the Act on the Transparency of Information in the Free State of Saxony (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.revosax.sachsen.de\/vorschrift\/19699\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saxon Transparency Act - S\u00e4chsTranspG<\/a>), which came into force on 01 January 2023.
